To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

• The product must have all original tags and packaging intact

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

We provide size exchanges if the size doesn’t fit.

Conditions:

• Exchange request must be raised within 7 days

💸 REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

• Refund will be credited to your original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

• Refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer

🚚 RETURN SHIPPING

• Return pickup will be arranged from your address

• In some cases, a small return fee may be applicable

❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Products that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer

• Items returned without original packaging or tags
